What You'll Do:
Perform the steps for the process of restoring, repairing, and upgrading used or worn-out equipment to a condition that resembles its original state.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Frequent use of welders and cutting tools.

Safe use of air tools to remove built up concrete.

Disassemble and reassembly of sheet metal components on ready-mix trucks

Properly assemble and install hydraulic hoses.
-
Removal and installation of wiring harnesses.
-
Ability to charge out inventory related parts and supplies.

Frequently work independently or in a team environment.

Installation of hydraulic pumps and cylinders.

Communicate with all managers on a regular basis as to needs, status and issues.

practice good housekeeping, health, and safety standards per OSHA regulations.

Drive a variety of equipment and transporting equipment as needed.

Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have good mechanical aptitude.
-
Minnesota commercial Driver’s license or the ability to obtain one, within 1 year of employment. (Company sponsored)

DOT Medical Card.

Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Must have good mechanical knowledge.

Basic computer skills.

Experience/understanding of safe shop practices. Maintain good customer relationships, both internal and external.

Maintain a positive attitude with all employees.
Pay: $25.00 -$30.00 per hour
