What You’ll Do:

Responsible for answering Help Desk calls and supporting computers, software, printers, and other IT technologies both onsite and at remote locations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Answer support calls
  • Install and configure computers
  • Support IT equipment in a manufacturing location  
  • Support printers
  • Assist IT Security Manager with monitoring and maintenance tasks
  • Asset disposal tracking
  • Support mobile devices
  • Travel to remote sites as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with desktop computer hardware
  • Experience configuring printers
  • Basic understanding of data networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have reliable transportation

Education and/or Experience:

  • Enrollment in a 2 or 4 year technical degree program.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
